Projekt CO3DIL
Kick-off meeting projektu hostil ve dnech 12. až 14. února Zámek Štiřín.
Projekt je zaměřen na mezinárodní spolupráci v oblasti odhalování nelegálních laboratoří na výrobu metamfetaminu, zahrnující i obchodování s prekurzory a chemickými látkami pro jeho výrobu a následné distribuční sítě.
Aktuální rozsah zapojení organizovaného zločinu, zahrnující zneužívání volného pohybu osob a zboží v rámci schengenského prostoru, rostoucí míru konspirace, nové zdroje prekursorů pro výrobu a neustálý vývoj metod a forem páchání trestné činnosti, vyžaduje efektivní mezinárodní spolupráci orgánů vymáhajících právo. Projekt spolufinancuje Evropská unie z fondu pro vnitřní bezpečnost a je koordinován Národní protidrogovou centrálou SKPV Policie České republiky.
Jednání se vedle zástupců Policie ČR, Ministerstva vnitra ČR, Nejvyššího státního zastupitelství ČR, Celní správy ČR, slovenské, polské, bulharské a srbské policie, zúčastnili také zástupci INTERPOLu, EUROPOLu, FRONTEXu, DEA, a SELEC.
The Kick-off Meeting of the “Collaboration for Dismantling Drugs Distribution and Illicit Laboratories” (CO3DIL) Project
The kick-off meeting of the CO3DIL project was held on 12 – 14 February 2019 in Stirin, the Czech Republic.
CO3DIL focuses on strengthening of international cooperation of law enforcement authorities on detecting and dismantling of clandestine methamphetamine laboratories, precursors trafficking and subsequent disruption of methamphetamine distribution.
The current scope of the involvement of organized crime, including the misuse of free movement of persons and goods within the Schengen area, increasing conspiracy rates, new sources of precursors for production, and the constant development of methods and forms of organized drug crime requires effective international cooperation between law enforcement authorities. The project is co-financed by the European Union’s Internal Security Fund - Police and coordinated by the National Drug Headquarters of the Police of the Czech Republic.
The meeting was attended by representatives of the Police of the Czech Republic, Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, Prosecutor General´s Office of the Czech Republic and Customs Administration of the Czech Republic. Representatives of Polish police, Slovakian police, Bulgarian police, Serbian police and U. S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) together with representatives of INTERPOL, EUROPOL, FRONTEX, and Southeast European Law Enforcement Centre (SELEC) participated in the meeting as well.
