Norské fondy 2014 – 2021

Prostřednictvím Fondů EHP a Norska přispívají státy Island, Lichtenštejnsko a Norsko ke snižování ekonomických a sociálních rozdílů v Evropského hospodářském prostoru (EHP) a k posilování spolupráce s patnácti evropskými státy. Příjemci finanční podpory jsou země střední, východní a jižní Evropy. Je zde kladen velký důraz na sdílení a výměnu zkušeností mezi donory a příjemci grantů.

  2. The Norway Grants 2014 - 2021 (EN)

The EEA and Norway Grants represent the contribution of Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway to reducing economic and social disparities of the European economic area and to strengthening bilateral relations with 15 EU countries. The beneficiaries of financial support are the countries of Central, Eastern and Southern Europe. Great emphasis is placed on sharing and exchanging experiences between donors and grand recipients.

Programme Home Affairs focus on programme area 20: international Police cooperation and Combating Crime.

Objective of the programme is “Improved crime prevention and investigation”.

Project Pomoter of this programme is the Police Presidium of the Czech republic that will  implement  4 pre-defined projects (PDP )

  • PDP1 “Enhanced police competence in preventing and combating crime, strengthening communication skills with public and awareness of human rights includes development and delivery of 3 comprehensive new training programmes, which will be incorporated into training and education system of the Police and public administration staff. PDP1 includes also international cooperation of police units. Planned project expenditure 1 255 454,- EUR.
  • PDP2 “Modernisation of Police Training Centre will result in new facilities for trainings, exercises, workshops, courses and networking meetings at various levels. Planned project expenditure 5 202 522,- EUR of which eligible expenditure 3 894 036,- EUR, non-eligible expenditure (only from the budget of Police ČR) 1 308 486,- EUR .
  • PDP 3 “Improved utility on data within police information system” aims to improve the use of police IS, which based on data sharing tool at national and international level, in particular Schengen Information System (SIS II) and training of target groups with an aim to improve the effectiveness of the work with this IS. The project also includes building of an electronic registration system to perform psychological examination a streamline the performance of psychological examinations through the acquisition of specilaized psychodiagnostic SW. Planned project expenditure 350 769,- EUR.
  • PDP 4 “Cooperation between national police, international entities and territorial self-government” will help to increase capacity of the Czech Police to react adequately to the needs of global international police cooperation and strengthen the dialogue between the Police and territorial self-governments. PDP4 includes also activities of the Czech Anti-conflict Team, workshops for police psychologists and crisis intervention trainers. Planned project expenditure 395 934,- EUR.

 Total amount of eligible expenditure: 5 896 193,- EUR

Programe co-financing: 1 636 194,- EUR

Ratio of grant form Norway Grants 2014 – 2021 and co-financing form the budget of the Czech Police 72,25 % : 27,75 %
