Presentation of the Programme CZ14 - Schengen Cooperation - Norway Grants 2009 – 2014 in the following areas: Schengen Cooperation and Combatting Cross-Borerd and Organised Crime, including Trafficking and Itinerant Criminal Goups.

Training, workshops and presentation with the target to introduce common EU preventive and repressive instruments, internationally shared information systems and other tolls created and used in order to improve police, judicial and customs cooperation in the Schengen area.
2. Working visits to EU authorities and neighbouring countries and welcoming foreign experts in the Czech republic
Focus on the presentation and sharing mutual exchange of information and experinences about practical concequeences of the implementaiton common EU preventive and repressive instruments, internationally shared information systems and other tolls created and used in order to improve police, judicial and customs cooperation in the Schengen area and establish of new bilateral working contacts
3. Analysis and introduction of standard information technology
The intention of this part of the project is to ensure an effective process of sharing information between the central police units (Interpol, Europol, SIRENE), the 6 existing Police and Customs Cooperation Centres and the 12 departments of international relations set up at Regional Police Directions that are dealing with specific cases when ensuring international police cooperation. The objective of this part of the project is to find solutions enabling the use of a standard information platform that is currently missing. The project should result in unified positions, a proposal for essential amendments to two relevant and independently used police registration information systems (EVIN and ETŘ) and the introduction of standardising processes for interactive communication including infrastructure provision, including the acquisition of a new server and client HW features to ensure the operation and integration of the international police cooperation within the frame of Czech Police.

The aim of management is to implement the project within the specified time and to present individual achievements and goals as a form of thanks for the support provided by donor.

Training of Czech police officers funded by Norwegian Funds in Telč
From 6 to 8 October 2015 in the south-west tip of Moravia, halfway between Prague and Vienna in the picturesque town of Telč, registered since. 1992 list of World Cultural Heritage (UNESCO) held a specialized training implemented within the project NFM, CZ-14 , PDP-1.
These "Moravian Venice" constituting the administrative, cultural and social centre of southern Czechmoravian highlands, is a popular destination for many foreign tourists, who come here from all corners of the world to admire historical monuments , together helped create the atmosphere of training of designated Czech policemen. The main themes was the presentation of contemporary foreigners, asylum and migration tools that have been created by competent authorities in European Union.
Training on the topics mentioned above coincidentally happened at a time when, the European public can watch live in media an unusually strong migration wave rolling from the countries of the Middle East affected by war and the efforts of the political elite to look for this situation adequate solution.
The training program included topics such as the so-called Schengen legal package from 2013 consisting of the draft legislative amendments to certain EU Council Regulation (Schengen Border Code, EURODAC and the new Schengen evaluation mechanism), then Schengen Action Plan of the Czech Republic for the period 2014 -20, presentations concerning Visa information systems, bureau of VISION, which carries out consultations on some visa applicants and activities relevant department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Czech Republic on area of visa policy.
This was followed by presentation of the immigration department of the Asylum and Migration Policy of the Ministry of Interior of Czech Republic, which is in collaboration with the Directorate of the Foreign Police Service participates in a solution of the current immigration crisis and their impact on the Czech Republic. he lectures covered the issues of the readmission agreements and the method of implementation European Return directive.
As part of the training also took place on the presentation of the technical aspects of the functioning and operation of national solutions to common large European IT systems in the Czech Republic (Schengen Information System II, used to search for wanted persons and property within the European area, the Visa Information System collects information on holders of Schengen( a short-stay) visas, EURODAC, which can be considered as a tool to facilitate the processing of applications for asylum in the EU and preventing abuse of asylum procedures and finally EUROSUR, which helps to monitor current situation and trends at the external borders and on external territories of UE) and the related information about the current agenda of the relevant working groups of the European Agency eu-LISA (agency for the operational management of large-scale IT systems in the area of freedom, security and justice).
In the next block was introduced mart borders package, consisting in preparation of the systems Entry Exit System (an effort to improve management of EU external borders and combating against illegal immigration) and of the system RTP (Registered Traveller Program) supports faster clearance time for third country nationals, travelled frequently or regularly to EU countries.
The attention of training participants requests also the presentation of the European system FADO (False & Authentic Documents Online), and its internet version PRADO, that provide to the professionals and the general public information and specimen documents of EU Member States, as well as some third countries, and summary information on the circumstances of forgery and falsification these identity documents.
One of the presentations focused on current tasks and activities closely watched European agency Frontex (the agency promotes, coordinates and develops European border management).
The final day was dedicated to the presentation of the newly formed National Situation Centre of border protection in Czech Republic and the questions of implementation of two other projects funded by the same donor (Norway Grants), i.e. the project national supervisory authority which could be to ensure secure access for the competent authorities to the biometric data and elements contained in issued travel documents and on the presentation of the new E-gate, which are installed at Prague-Ruzyne airport, and contribute to the faster passenger check.
